This service was created for clients needing an affordable and
effective way to convert PC or Macintosh spreadsheet, word
processing or database files for use in page layout software suitable
for publishing applications. Because the format of many database
source files and printing industry software are simply not compatible,
database conversions have been difficult or impossible
without extensive re-keying and/or reformatting of data.
At Key-One, we offer complete solutions for all your
database publishing needs!
 By developing our own preparatory software, we now have the
capability to electronically convert and affordably format PC or
Macintosh files for page layout applications with complete accuracy.
Our preparatory programs gives clients the option of continued
control over the creation and maintenance of database files at their
location. As needed, specific files can be forwarded to Key-One (via
diskette, CD or online) for conversion and placement in an appropriate
page layout program such as QuarkXPress. Also, should documents require
the use of pictures or graphic elements, they can be electronically
stored for current or future application and placement.
